For the last week, art, fashion and design have filled the streets and galleries of London. Once a year the London Design Festival promotes our city as the design capital of the world and as the gateway to the international creative community.
Not wanting to miss out, we decided to take advantage of the creativity on our doorstep and visit Meraviglia, a stunning paper wonderland on display at the Fedrigoni studio in Clerkenwell.
The idea behind the exhibition is to create a platform where the wonderful visions and ideas of the Makerie Studio are brought to life in paper form. This duo of award-winning creative workshops created an astounding showcase full of three-dimensional showpieces, executed with uniquely developed techniques, precision and passion.
This wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration of JamJar Flowers, a bespoke London florist, owned by former Take 2 Models Director, Melissa Richardson.
As a result of this partnership, both creative studios transformed the basement of the Fedrigoni offices into a beautiful and inspiringly designed room for all to enjoy.
