Baker Tilly Recruitment Pack
Baker Tilly's culture is different to their competitors in many respects. They encourage a down-to-earth, friendly and positive approach to their work and are known throughout the industry for being a firm with buzz and enthusiasm. We felt the most effective way to communicate these values was through
some of the firm's real-life graduate trainees and suitable candidates (at varying career stages from new trainee to Partner) were chosen to provide the foundation for the new graduate recruitment campaign. A set of postcards with portraits and hand-written summaries of their time at Baker Tilly was the chosen format. These were combined with a brochure (providing general background information) into an A6 graduate pack. As part of the firm's campaign we also designed an exhibition to tour the UK's recruitment fairs.
