Metropolitan at Aldgate Place

Development branding and marketing collateral

A joint venture between Barratt London and British Land, Aldgate Place is a landmark development made up of six buildings of up to 25 storeys, offering extensive retail and office space, a four star hotel and over 460 new homes, minutes from the City of London.

We were appointed by Metropolitan, the social landlord responsible for 150 affordable homes at the site, to develop a visual identity and portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, poster, press and online advertising.

The graphic-led styling was inspired by the distinctive shape of the buildings when viewed from the central public space, and reflects the architect’s vision of a contemporary, urban development that would become a focal point for the area’s wider regeneration.
