400 have been working with the Royal Mail for 15 years to design and artwork a wide range of their event stands and corporate design materials for numerous industry and press events.
In 2012 we worked with the Royal Mail to design and produce of two Post Office retail outlets within the Olympic Athletes Village and Media Press Centre at Olympic Park. Working from architect’s drawings we created an engagingly designed retail environment, complete with 3D fit-out styling, 2D design of retail graphics (including wall decoration, retail graphics, POS, etc) as well as producing the artwork and supply of all assets for production.
Working closely with their Brand Marketing and Communications team, we design their event presence at one-off and regular annual events such as the Party Political Conferences and the Brand Licensing Europe event that takes place at Olympia.
All projects require us to create 3D visuals, flat panel graphics, as well as typeset and artwork all materials ready for print production. We have a thorough artwork checklist that we work to for all projects to ensure accuracy in delivery, and have built strong working partnerships with many of the Royal Mail’s third party production suppliers.
“I have worked with 400 for nearly 20 years, during which time they have provided Royal Mail with outstanding support in the areas of design and brand management.
Over the years we have worked on numerous projects of varying scales together; and here I believe lies a unique quality — the ability to work in partnership with their clients. Their collaborative approach to work is both refreshing and exciting; I continually challenge them with briefs, every time they rise to the task working alongside my colleagues and myself to provide powerful and striking design solutions.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 400 as an exceptional and reliable supplier, and without doubt experts in their field.”
